These weekly evening sessions are a quiet space to land, slow down, and gently come back to yourself.
We practise mindfulness – simply being present with whatever’s here, without judgement, with kindness.
It’s not about clearing your mind or being calm all the time.
It’s about learning to stay with yourself, even when things feel messy.

No experience needed. Just bring yourself – exactly as you are.

For a long time, I believed that when challenging emotions came, it would be better if I just disappeared.
I used to distract myself – with partying, with noise – anything to avoid what I was feeling.
But through mindfulness, I learned how to stay.
To meet myself in the hard moments with kindness, not fear.
And that changed everything.
There’s so much more freedom in my life now.
I trained through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Program by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, mentored by James Baraz – and now I offer this space to others who want to feel more at home in themselves too.
